Who we are
ActivePort (www.activeport.eu) is published by IT Insights, Alphen aan den Rijn, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 80589367 (“we”). We are the controller for the personal data described in this policy. Questions about privacy: redactie@activeport.eu.

Cookies
We only use cookies and browser storage for statistics and advertising after you agree. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Statistics are collected with Mautic, which runs on our own server. Advertisements are delivered through AdPlugg, the ad server used across our network. To show and count ads, AdPlugg receives your IP address and browser details and may store a random identifier in your browser (local storage). WordPress sets functional cookies only for editors who log in.
Who processes your data
The website and our newsletter system (Mautic) run on our own server, hosted in the EU. Newsletters are sent through our email provider. Advertisements are served by AdPlugg. We do not sell personal data and do not pass subscriber data to advertisers.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw your consent at any time (for the newsletter: via the unsubscribe link in every email). Contact us at redactie@activeport.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
